Panamera Turbo Stage 1 Tuning for the mighty V8 twin turbo and Turbo S. The 970 turbo and Turbo S V8 G1 Chassis Gen 1 cars’ make use of a 4.8 litre V8 twin turbo up front. The only difference being the Turbo S features improved turbochargers with titanium-aluminium turbine wheels, resulting in a lower moment inertia and improved more agile engine response. Stock power for the Panamera Turbo is 493 Bhp / 700 Nm and 542 Bhp / 750 Nm for the flagship Turbo S.
Our Panamera Turbo Stage 1 Tuning package has undergone extensive development for the imposing V8. Agreeably it’s already a powerful and refined Porsche, but it’s a heavy beast! With our custom stage 1 calibration, the car will receive a healthy dose of power and a much-needed and dramatic increase in torque.
The V8 utilises Direct Fuel Injection technology, infinitely variable intake camshaft adjustment with variable valve lift, an on-demand oil pump, water cooling with thermal management, a variable intake manifold, as well as an integrated dry sump with two-stage oil extraction…the business👌. The Turbo versions are also treated to active aerodynamics with a multi-stage, adjustable rear spoiler. It’s a fantastic power plant which responds beautifully to our Panamera Turbo Stage 1 Tuning package.
Our Panamera Turbo Stage 1 Tuning packages are designed to closely match the original Porsche ECU calibration. Extensive dyno and road development combined with decades of Porsche experience allow us to safely extract the maximum potential from the V8…more power and a vast amount of torque.
Panamera Turbo Stage 1 Tuning packages
Currently, this is our only Panamera Turbo tuning package. It’s intended to work with all original components and is optimised for ultimate reliability while maximising the best available performance. We’ll perform an initial run on our state-of-the-art MAHA dyno, run diagnostic checks and if we’re all good, we can start with the tuning process.
