These 3.0 TFSI EA839 engines in standard form produce 354 BHP and 500 NM of torque. With our Audi B9 Stage 1 S4 S5 tuning package, we regularly exceed 400 BHP and 600 NM! Safely and effectively.
This new generation engine has done away with the instant power of the Eaton TVS as featured in the previous generation car in favor of a twin-scroll turbocharger mounted in the middle of the V. This engine is different from the previous generation, it’s a very strong power plant but does feature a “mani head” design. The exhaust manifold is incorporated into the cylinder head, this needs special consideration when the 3.0 TFSI EA839 engine is tuned and we’ve spent hours of development with our Audi B9 Stage 1 S4 S5 package.

With our Audi B9 Stage 1 S4 S5 3.0 TFSI EA839 package, boost pressure, EGTs, and EMAP are kept to a safe level, maximising performance and reliability.
Currently, this is our only tuning package available for the Audi B9 S4/S5. Our bespoke software has been extensively developed on road and our Maha dyno it’s designed to work with all original components inc the GPF.
Our HT400 tuning package is available to order online and install at your home using the HP Tuners RTD device.
