Audi S3 Stage 1 Mk3 8V tuning, with our performance upgrades taking these cars over 400bhp while still retaining well over 30MPG and having all the usual refinement of a VAG group car what’s not to like about the Audi S3 or VW Golf R?
The Audi 8V.3 S3 shares many similarities with its VW Golf R Mk7.5 twin. The CJXG power plant and Quattro Haldex systems both identical however surprisingly the Audi is apparently the slightly lighter of the two potentially giving a very minimal performance advantage. The main difference between the previous generation and this facelift apart from the styling is the addition of a GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) or OPF (Otto Particulate Filter)
These latest generation engines with a GPF still make roughly the same power from factory (300ps) however they have to make this power at a higher boost level. 1.5 bar instead of 1.35 bar for the previous generation. This leaves slightly less room for safe tuning within the constraints of the standard turbo compressor map.

Audi S3 Mk3 Stage 1 calibration, this is currently our only tuning package available for the 8V MK3 or Mk7.5 facelift. This software has been developed on road and our Maha dyno, it’s designed to work with all original components inc the GPF. Boost pressure, EGT’s and EMAP are kept to a safe level which maximises available performance.
