Our BMW B58 F-G Series Tuning packages for the B58 Modular Engine Platform. Over 470BHP can be achieved from virtually any engine.
BMW’s B58 3 litre straight 6 engine is an updated version of its predecessor the N55 engine. Both engines retain the same 500c per cylinder layout with a slightly under-square design, the B58 moves to an 82mm bore and a 94.6mm stroke while the N55 has an 84mm bore with an 89.6mm stroke. The B58 is design-wise identical to the B38 and B48 engine.
Turbo designs stay similar with a single twin-scroll turbocharger. However, some variants of the B58 feature a “mani head” design which incorporates the exhaust manifold in the head. TU models of this engine fitted to LCI models and the Z4M and A90 Supra featured an updated design including a higher flow fuel system. The B58 engine is a superb platform with great performance increases with relatively few supporting modifications needed. Over 470BHP can be achieved on a virtually standard engine.

Our BMW B58 F-G Series Tuning packages for the BMW M140i all the way through to the 740i and XM140i is called the HT420 Tuning Package.
It is the most you can get out of a non-TU B58 without running into Fuel Pressure issues. As the name suggests 420 BHP and 595 NM can be achieved without any modifications other than our BMW tuning ECU Calibration.
XHP Gearbox software is available for £250 plus VAT. Optional on HT400 but included in the price of HT470.
BMW B58 F-G Series Tuning HT470 Package
BMW B58 F-G Series Tuning HT470 package produces similar peak torque as the HT400 package however peak power and torque about 4,000RPM is dramatically improved.
