Audi S8 D4 Tuning (2012-2019) 4.0 TFSI CGTA CTFA, Audi’s S8 features an upgraded version of the CEUC engine found in the S6/S7. In some ways very much a halfway house between the S6/S7 engine and the engine used in the RS6/RS7.
There’s no getting away from the fact that Audi’s 4.0 TFSI V8 engine is an absolute beast and with our Audi S8 D4 Tuning package it’s phenomenal.
We regularly exceed 700 BHP from this engine in the RS6/RS7. However, the S8 Audi used the same base engine just without some modifications that were made to the RS6/RS7. While we don’t know exactly every detail of the changes camshafts, crankshaft, and turbo’s were all slightly different.
This particular version, the CGTA, and CTFA both have vastly different power outputs, however they are mechanically identical as far as power output is concerned with the higher output version (S8 Plus) making 605 BHP and 750 NM, while the standard S8 has to make do with just 520 BHP and 650 NM.
Audi S8 D4 Tuning HT640 Package
Currently, this is our only tuning package available for the S8. Our Audi S8 D4 Tuning software has undergone extensive development. With comprehensive testing on the road and our Maha dyno, it’s designed to work with all original components inc the GPF. Boost pressure, EGT’s and EMAP are kept to a safe level while maximising available performance from the mighty 4.0 TFSI V8.
With our Audi S8 D4 Tuning HT640 package we regularly see over 640 BHP and 880 NM from these engine after tuning.
Our HT640 tuning package is available to order online and install at your home using the HP Tuners RTD device.
