The VW Golf R Mk7.5 shares many similarities with its Audi 8V.3 S3 twin, with our Golf R tuning packages we’re able to transform these cars into something special.
The CJXG powerplant and Quattro Haldex systems are both identical however surprisingly the Audi is slightly lighter potentially giving a very minimal performance advantage.
The main difference between the previous generation and this facelift apart from the styling is the addition of a GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) or OPF (Otto Particulate Filter)
These latest generation engines with a GPF still make roughly the same power from factory (300ps) however they have to make this power at a higher boost level. 1.5 bar instead of 1.35 bar for the previous generation. This leaves slightly less room for safe tuning within the constraints of the standard turbo compressor map.
Golf R Tuning Mk7.5 GPF HT360 Package
Currently our only Golf R tuning package available for the 8V mk3 or Mk7.5 facelift. This software has been developed on road and on our Maha dyno and is designed to work with all original components inc the GPF.
Boost pressure, EGT’s and EMAP are kept to a safe level which maximising available performance.
