BMW’s first European entry into the world of hybrid saloon cars began in 2015 with the 330e iperformance. We can transform these cars with our BMW 330e Stage 1 F30 B48 hybrid tuning packages.
The 330e features the same B48 engine as fitted to 320i, 330i, 420i, Mini Cooper S, etc. It’s an engine we’re more than familiar with as MINI Challenge 2022 champions. What we don’t know about these power plants isn’t worth knowing.
In addition to the 181BHP B48 engine, the 330e is also fitted with an 88BHP motor incorporated into the ZF 8HP Gearbox. BMW State the standard power to be 248BHP, however mathematically that doesn’t make sense which is why we tend to see more like 265BHP on our dyno.
BMW 330e Stage 1 F30 HT370 Tuning Package
Extensively tested and developed on our Maha MSR500 dyno our BMW 330e Stage 1 HT370 package drastically improves performance while retaining known safety limits associated with the B48 engine.
While the B48 engine is optimised to give around 300BHP/410NM the electric motor is also set up to give full deployment increasing overall performance figures to 370BHP and 660NM. That’s right 660NM, an increase of 240NM!!!
To say that our BMW 330e Stage 1 upgrade transforms the car would be an understatement! All this and reliability and efficiency are unaffected, switch back into eco pro and you’ll still be able to achieve the same MPG as the original.
Dyno Tuned
*All of our ECU calibrations are developed using a minimum of 97 octane however 99 octane is recommended.*
