The Life Racing F88R/RS/RX series has been specifically designed for low-cost applications.
These ECUs use the same control strategies and processing power as the F88, but unnecessary hardware components have been removed to reduce overall costs for users who do not require the vast amount of I/O that the F88 does.
The Life Racing F88R / RS / RX Series ECU range twin processor unit combines a fast RISC processor for code execution with a sizeable FPGA for tracking high-speed engine location.
This allows code scheduling to be independent of signal patterns, improving flexibility, efficiency, and accuracy under erratic situations. This effective combination enables sophisticated control algorithms while keeping the user interface simple to map.
designed to control complex engines, including gearboxes, differentials, dual drive-by-wire engines, twin cam engines, twin vvt engines, turbocharged and supercharged engines, and more! The special crank and cam sync logger gives you the freedom to run all currently known patterns and even future OEM timing wheels, even the most unusual trigger patterns.
All of this hardware is packaged within a lightweight high pressure die cast aluminum case designed to be installed in harsh Motorsport environments.
