Our HT350 tuning package for the B48A20E engine is designed to extract additional performance from an already high output 2.0L turbocharged engine. The B48A20E engine is significantly stronger when compared to other B48 engine models from the factory, it features a Garrett MGT2256 turbo, lower compression ratio of 9.5:1, stronger pistons and a crankshaft with larger main journals. However with our HT350 tuning package the main limitation is due to the addition of the GPF.

Our HT370 package really starts to wake this engine up into something it should have been from the factory when fitted to M Lite models and the Mini GP3. Power increases up to 370bhp due to the improved flow through the exhaust system and more efficient cooling of the charge temperatures.

Our HT400 tuning package is very similar to that which we offer for other B48 engines. However at this power level the B48A20E engine does not need any internal work to be done. We have proven through development that this engine is strong enough to remain reliable at this power level. With the addition of our MGT2867R turbo flow potentially is increased without sacrificing reliability or driveability.

Our HT500 Package is the ultimate in performance for the B48 engine platform. Featuring a custom tubular manifold, Garrett G25-585, custom intake pipe, custom downpipe and custom oil and coolant lines. Developed in partnership with Walton Motorsport and tested extensively at the Nurburgring Nordsleiffe we bring you a solution to take a B48 engine and turn it into a fully fledged race engine with unmatched performance when compared with anything else on offer for this engine. While peak power is improved dramatically the engine is still able to build boost pressure at around 3000rpm. With a rev limit of 7200rpm that gives drivers a nice broad power band to work with giving the best performance and lap time potential. Our very own development car has set a lap time at the Nurburgring of 7:57 and a 7:30 BTG making it the fastest Mini F56 potentially ever around the Nurburgring.
