AiM MXm Compact Dash Data Logger

This AiM MXm Compact Dash Data Logger features advanced data logging capabilities and excellent LCD display. Perfect for bike or car installations, with wi-fi connectivity and waterproof aluminium chassis.

Also, it's fully user configurable and great for all types of motorsport. Including race, track day and bike use. Notably designed to accurately display all engine ECU data. Together with an accelerometer, gyro, integrated GPS module, 4 analog / 3 digital inputs, 2 speed inputs + 1 coil RPM input) and predefined math channels. Included in the kit are a data lead and Race Studio 3 software.

Simply connect the AiM MXm dash logger to the vehicles ECU using the supplied cable, 1000’s are supported including stock and racing. On balance, this is the quickest and easiest setup, using only one lead. Rather than multiple connections to analog sensors. In general sampled data includes RPM, engine load, throttle position (TPS), oil/air/water temperature, oil pressure, battery voltage, speed, gear and lambda value (air/fuel ratio).

Additionally, this AiM MXm dash logger MXm features two power outputs that can drain up to 15 A each.
The two power outputs can be configured in order to be turned on/off depending on the value of the analog or digital inputs. They permit to automatically run external systems, i.e. to switch on/off additional lights, to activate/de-activate a cooling fan or circulation pumps, etc. when a certain event happens.

AiM MXm Dash Display

• The MXm features a high contrast LCD display, with an outstanding black to white ratio.
  The wide 268x128 pixels graphical LCD offers great flexibility in information display and alerts. An ambient light sensor keeps the backlight at optimum brightness levels. Furthermore, The screen can be backlighted in one of the seven available colours.

AiM MXm Flexible LED Alarms

• Eight configurable LED alarms with customizable colours. Additionally, select solid or flashing, change flashing frequency, have a text message and set alarm priorities. Also includes an integrated shift light with a variety of customizable light patterns unique to each gear selection.

AiM integrated GPS

• Analyze track position and lap time over 3000 Worldwide tracks are stored with all coordinates. Simply start the AiM MXm, the integrated GPS  locates its position, identifies track line coordinates and allows you to immediately sample lap times. Furthermore, if no track is in the database, you can add start/finish coordinates via a PC using Race Studio 3 Track Manager software.

Internal Accelerometer & Gyro

• The internal 3 axis accelerometer and gyro further boost the MXm’s available data. These internal sensors enable you to measure vehicle dynamics. Measuring acceleration forces and gyro rates assists in improving your car or bikes performance. Additionally to get the best from the AiM MXm and your vehicle we recommend adding Texense Sensors.

CAN Output With Optional Expansion

• With the CAN Output send messages directly to an existing CAN network and extend the range of vehicle control possibilities. Also, add Texense CAN expansion modules to further increase data acquisition possibilities. Additionally add AiM SmartyCam HD, GP bullet camera, TC Hub, LCU-One Lambda Controller and Memory Modules.

Wi-fi Connectivity

• Configure, calibrate and download data wirelessly over a secure 802.11 WiFi connection. Once the initial setup/configuration has been done using the USB cable, there is no need to use the cable again!
